Articles

Welcome to our Articles database which contains articles, by lawyers and clinicians, on topical issues in medical negligence and clinical negligence (the terms have the same meaning).

The database also contains a book, Medical Negligence Law and Cases by Geoffrey Hall barrister, written specifically for non-lawyers, which is regularly updated, an important feature in this fast moving area of the law.

You may search the entire database by, eg, name of author, subject, legal issue, clinical procedure, medical condition, medicine, medical equipment and hospital.

Once you have traced an article you may read the text or download.

Medical Litigation Online welcomes contributions from legal and medical practitioners and academics on topical aspects of medical negligence.

Articles, maximum 20,000 words, should be sent as Word© attachments or in Adobe Acrobat to editor@medneg.com.

A full year's Subscription worth £220 is offered as an honorarium. If the author is a hospital consultant a network subscription, worth £400, is offered covering all staff at that hospital whether NHS or private.
